Making a Difference
Have you ever thought about how a small interaction can make the world of difference to someone?
Tonight a student approached me with tears of thanks for how much I cared about her as a student. I had one or two personal interactions with this girl. It reminded me that every action and every word has the potential to be powerful. And we can choose to make actions and words positive or negative.
Current Training
I'm planning the Rattlesnake triathlon on June 12th...(rattle snake, rattle snake, rattle snake). Anyone else? I am excited that Bill will be doing it too...and Kate will be there to cheer us on!

Rockies and swimmers
I went to the Rockies game tonight. Joe scored some box seats. I was among some really cool people and some awesome swimmers. Voni swam the channel in 2002. Joe is planning an attempt in 2004. Ivan and Gunnar are swimming the shark fest in July. Voni and I will be joining them on the swim in July. Wyatt made JOs in his 100 fly...what a studmuffin (he's only 8 years old!!).
